In May 2022 i was involved in a road traffic accident, as a serving police officer. A claim was immediately begun and as a result of a broken nose, neurology and various specialist appointments - the claim was settled November 2024. This whole process was explained, up-dated and clearly has taken a great deal of effort, expertise and time to get resolved. I have received an excellent service through-out and the final agreed settlement is a more than fair compensation for the injury's etc. I have no hesitation in reviewing this excellent service and placing on record my thanks to Chris Thompson and his team - thankyou guys.

Having experienced the ignominy of an In store accident I tried, using all my Shop Steward experience of Health and Safety to open dialogue with the Store In question needless to say they were reluctant in communicating I contacted my union who put me in touch with Jane Radcliffe of Pattinson Brewer of York.

We were extremely happy with all the work Katie did on our behalf for wills and transfer of equity. She took the time to understand our needs and explained everything in detail on the telephone in the first instance, and followed this up with a very detailed email. We had a video call arranged and Katie acted in a professional manner throughout. She always responded to our questions in a timely manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Katie and all the team at Pattinson & Brewer.
