Won my case and didn't make me feel so bitter about my incident
Was a little slow initially to get the ball rolling with my case, but once going I was given regular updates and checked in with on my condition. And eventually after all evidence was submitted the outcome was resolved in a timely manner and case closed with me receiving some much needed compensation
