Effective communication and response

Helpful and very professional
From the moment I reached out they were helpful. English isn't my first language and isn't the best they took time explaining everything to me and communicating properly. Highly recommend
Received a very high standard of service relating to a work place injury via my Union. I had left my initial claim close to the deadline for submission but that did not deter the exceptional communicative responses I experienced.
The attention to detail was particularly impressive as was the ease and practicalities of all verbal and written communication.
My solicitor, Daniel, upheld the utmost integrity, professionalism and patience which exceeded expectations. Given the speed at which he had to work, considering my late claim, his approach remained professional, calm and understanding. All the documents and communications were detailed, explained and properly executed. Nothing was too much trouble and I was always able to easily make contact. Ultimately the whole process and experience resulted in a very positive outcome.

Excellent service, very personal.
I found Daniel very pleasant too deal with. He was very informative, he kept me up to date with what was going on at every stage of the process. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He was very knowledgeable about everything that was relevant too me. He's very good at his job. And if I ever need another solicitor I would definitely use Daniel again.
