Abbigail trained with CILEx and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2008. Since qualifying, she has pursued many personal injury and clinical negligence claims for her clients. Fortunately I've never had to seek an injury settlement before.
The process seemed daunting.
Abbi has been most helpful and professional. All my enquiries and my luddite approach to IT were dealt with patiently and professionally.
She informed from day 1 it would be at least 12 months before settlement which set the time frame and allowed me to put it to the back of my mind.
I've enjoyed the calls with Abbi as she was friendly with a sense of humour.
