From my very first conversation with Marcus I knew I'd be in safe hands.

Excellent!
After being in an RTC at work, I was allocated Marcus. He was worked on my case with absolute compassion and patience. I found Marcus approachable and would answer any questions I had. He always kept me up to date regarding the progress of my case. I was very happy with the outcome of the case and would defiantly use Marcus again if needed. I would highly recommend

Review on Marcus Weatherby and how he handled my compensation claim
I found Marcus Weatherby to be pleasant, friendly and approachable. He worked collecting evidence and writing full reports. We discussed many issues arising from my claim. He procured a fair offer from the driver’s insurance company. Although it was a slow process it all went well. Marcus has one more task to perform for me; to forward the payment from the insurance company into my bank account. If that is done by Christmas 2024, I can say Marcus is an excellent solicitor.

Serious RTC
I was working as a front line police in July 2021 when I was struck by a drink driver. My case was handed to Pattinson and Brewer and I was allocated to Marcus Weatherby. Marcus was very professional throughout the process, he was very friendly and provided me and my partner with professional support and advise.

Simply the best
I really didn't know what to expect when I first started communicating with Marcus, but by the end of our first telephone conversation, I felt more at ease. I was looking forward to our first Teams meeting, because I would finally be able to put a face to the voice. I consider myself fortunate to have had Marcus. He's very thorough, and hardworking, but most of all kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend Marcus to others.

Pragmatic & Efficient. Good Settlement Reached
Marcus was a great help in bringing my case to a conclusion at a settlement significantly higher than the initial assessment. He was easy to deal with, clear on the practicalities of dealing with the law and able to talk me through the realistic options for my case to achieve a quick settlement without the need to go to court and with minimal charges made against my claim winnings.

Amiable and professional
Marcus got me through a long drawn out medical negligence claim. I didn't think anything would really come of it, but Marcus pursued it to the point that the defendant settled for an amount that will help support my family for a long time. Really appreciate his help.

Accident Compensation Claim
I first met Marcus, January 2021, where he agreed to represent me in my compensation claim. Over the last 3 years I have got to know Marcus in a professional capacity and a little personal capacity. He is very thorough and meticulous and pays a lot of attention to detail, of which you would require from a great solicitor. He has great knowledge and years of experience in his field of expertise and helps and recommends great solutions to help in recovery and for future problem that you may encounter. He communicates extremely well and he doesn't leave any stone unturned. He is a great asset to have in your corner, and in my case certainly provided a great outcome to my case.
