I had many problems with buying a property, Probate issues, the seller, deciding not to sell and a purchase that was in a bad area.
Through all these problems James and Caroline were absolutely brilliant. I will be going back to this firm because I have other issues to sort. I would recommend anyone to use this company because they care and you are not just a number.

Complete Failure In Every Way

If you would like your house sale to drag on, have no communication and not be told about criteria until the last minute putting the sale of your house on hold then, 5 stars would be given. But unfortunatley we don't want any of the above and it's a shame that you can't give minus stars. We have been waiting for days for callbacks that have been promised and nothing. Yes we chased them up nothing. Pigeon post would work a lot quicker than this outfit. Just hope the buyer understands and is willing to be patient.

Couldn’t recommend June Shires & Aimee Mcallister at Freers Askew Bunting more. They have been nothing short of Amazing from start to finish dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor / firm in what should have been a relatively simple chain.
