Buying and selling
Once again outstanding service from Freers Askew Bunting.
We have used the firm previously. When we decided to sell our current house and buy our new house we knew who we wanted to use.
Once again, we have had a positive experience. The communication has been outstanding. Clare updated us regularly, replied to us promptly and made the whole process stress free (as much as it can be when buying/selling a house!). Clare was extremely supportive from start to finish.
We highly recommend Clare. She gave us excellent advice and support. If needed in the future we would aim to work with Clare again. All staff have given us faultless service, yet again.

Stunning service from start to finish.
We used Claire and Katie from FAB for our house sale and new house purchase. The full service from both was faultless from start to finish.
Both were highly communicative throughout the whole process, were incredibly diligent, thorough and rigorous in all aspects of the full process. We felt very assured throughout that both Claire and Katie had everything in hand to make the transactions going as smoothly as possible.
Both were steadfast in their approach to making sure everything was as it should be for the purchase of our new family home, and we felt throughout that they were working with our very best interests at heart with clear communication throughout.
Selling and buying a home is a stressful time, however Claire and Katie made it as pain free as possible and we would absolutely recommend anyone to use them.

Fantastic service, once again!
We have used FAB a few times now, for different things over the last 10 years. The service is fantastic. So when it came to selling our property we of course, were going to use FAB. We were introduced to Clare Nicholl. From the very first phone call she was outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
