Both Lynne and Isobel have been outstanding through the whole process. Communication has been excellent and if something came up which we needed some support with, they provided help and reassurance. I could not recomend June enough she has been amazing from start to finish. I have had 1st class care and responses and nothing was too much of an ask. Chains often become an issue when buying and selling because people don’t communicate effectively but June has kept me up to date every step of the way and her responses have been very quick. I would 100% recommend June to anyone buying or selling everything was explained in full and it was ensured I understood.

Amazing service!

We’ve used FAB twice now for purchase and sale and continue to be impressed. This time June Shires dealt with our conveyancing and she was brilliant. Fast and simple

Aimee was brilliant the whole way through our mortgage application. Considering this is our first mortgage, there were a lot of areas we were confused around and Aimee helped
explain these to us. If we had questions that weren’t relevant to legal aspects, Aimee provided us with support information. The whole process was really smooth and we were kept updated regularly.

Couldn’t recommend June Shires & Aimee Mcallister at Freers Askew Bunting more. They have been nothing short of Amazing from start to finish dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor / firm in what should have been a relatively simple chain.
