Ltd Company House Purchase

I cannot thank the team at Freers Askew Bunting enough and especially June Shires! This has been the first time we have bought a house through a Ltd company and June has not only walked and talked us through the process but has been in constant communication updating us with progress. Fingers crossed, we will be looking at purchasing another property in the near future and with the experience we have had with June, we will be using Freers Askew Bunting again.

House Sale

We have never experienced a firm of solcitors that can produce a service like Freers, Askew & Bunting Solicitors, they are quite simply at the top of their game. The staff involved with us during our property sale, giving special mention to Lynne Robinson, were exceptional. Their dedication, customer approach, and their can do attitude made them an absolute pleasure to deal with, and they always got the job done. Having a conveyancing firm like Freers, Askew & Bunting looking after your interests just gave us piece of mind. They also provide you with the confidence that they can react professionally, ensuring a positive outcome to any given situation. Thank you.

I was happy with the service given by your team , I dealt mainly with Isobel who kept me informed as much as she could, it was only unpleasant because of the other party Solicitor’s.

Absolutely brilliant!

I have had such a positive experience with Lynne, Laura and Isobel! They're all so very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and kept me up to date with the progress of buying our first house. I was having a really stressful time with the seller of the house nearing the end of the house buying process and I really felt like this team pulled off the impossible for me. I am really truly grateful. I have been singing your praises to everyone and anyone the last couple of days, even if it's of no relevance to them! Forever thankful, a massive weight off of my shoulders.

As solicitors acting on our behalf they were patient and fully understood how bamboozled and confusing it was to not only sell a house but having to deal with the death of my mother as well. Katie did a marvelous job and my thanks go to her.

Diane Spurs of Freers Askew and Bunting Solicitors in Hartlepool made my first time house purchase so much easier than first anticipated. Diane communicated excellently with me throughout the process, and made me feel at ease, explaining things and being thorough within the process. Thanks again Diane, and I'd highly recommend Freers Askew and Bunting Solicitors.

Couldn’t recommend June Shires & Aimee Mcallister at Freers Askew Bunting more. They have been nothing short of Amazing from start to finish dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor / firm in what should have been a relatively simple chain. But we got there in the end, all thanks to the work of June & Aimee. Great communication all the way. This is the second time I’ve used FAB for a sale & purchase and I’d have no hesitation using them again. Thank you!
