Based upon my interaction with Diane over an extremely long sales period,I found her be very proactive and professional in all correspondence. I would give her a 5/5. My only frustration is targeted at the length of time it takes to go through the conveyancing, land searches and contract duration which is no criticism towards Diane and team but to the house sales system in the UK. Hence a 4/5.
Would definitely use FAB again.

Very efficient

Our Family
We had three family homes to sell and two new properties to buy! We don’t do things by half! After selling my family home with no issues we decided to stick with FAB! What could have been a complicated mess was in fact a really positive experience from the reception staff to solicitors we were kept informed, solicitors were easy to communicate with and price was great! Thank you for this …you having given us such a great service!

Highly Recommend For All Conveyancing Matters
Freers Askew Bunting dealt with my recent house sale and purchase. They were professional and prompt in dealing with matters. I received documents very promptly and Diane spent time on the phone with me to go through a particularly complex document .
House sales can be fraught with difficulties however I felt supported and felt confident that everything would be handled professionally.
