Absolutely brilliant!
I have had such a positive experience with Lynne, Laura and Isobel! They're all so very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and kept me up to date with the progress of buying our first house. I was having a really stressful time with the seller of the house nearing the end of the house buying process and I really felt like this team pulled off the impossible for me. I am really truly grateful. I have been singing your praises to everyone and anyone the last couple of days, even if it's of no relevance to them! Forever thankful, a massive weight off of my shoulders.

Superb service throughout
This was the first sale of a house I had completed and did not know where to start. This can be a stressful time for many I would imagine. I Called and booked an appointment with Lynne and after a sit down and discussion I knew I had nothing to worry about. Everything about the process was explained, if I needed help with some of the paperwork, which I did, any questions about what happens next etc Lynne, Laura or Isobel where only a phone call or email away to help me through it. I received regular updates regarding matters in hand and Nothing but honesty from the get go, no false promises, just told us how it was. The Sale completed successfully and would most definitely use Lynne and her team again. I would also highly recommend to anyone else.

Fantastic service
We have used Lynne Robinson and her team (Isobel and Laura) for a number of purchases and sales over the last year. They offer a fantastic service and great communication. I wouldnt consider using anyone else.

Fantastic
Wonderful experience with my house purchase from Lynne Robinson. She kept me upto date on the whole process and I felt in very good hands with her expertise. Clean, smooth and worry-free support.
We put an offer in to buy a house several months before we wanted to complete the purchase. The extended purchase time had the potential to cause confusion, or complication in the transaction. Lynne and her team at FAB were across all the requirements throughout the journey. We never felt that the process was at risk, and the house purchase completed as planned without any unforseen hurdles or issues. I highly commend Lynne, Laura and Isobel at FAB and would recommend to anyone purchasing a property to consider using their property services.

Conveyance
I don’t often write reviews but I must take the time to share my experience under my recent sale and purchase under Lynne Robinson (Senior conveyancing exec) and her (trainee solicitor) Isobel Wright.
From the moment I explained my needs these two handled my sale and purchase in perfect unison, I was kept informed of all updates and I did not have to chase for information at any stage. They handled my conveyancing matters swiftly and efficiently with a professional attitude and I appreciate and applaud the competence and thoroughness of this department.
To round up, a fantastic team and great service that I would definitely use again.
