Lynne was born and bred in Hartlepool and has shaped her legal career within the North East. She has extensive expertise in all aspects of local conveyancing and boasts a deep understanding of Hartlepool and the surrounding areas. Throughout a period of dedicated study, she achieved the high status of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2000. During her 25 year career, Lynne has concentrated on providing an extremely high level of client care ensuring that communication and clarity is her priority when acting for her clients.
Lynne was instrumental in opening our Hartlepool office, and as a result of her dedication, hard work and commitment the office has gone from strength to strength. Lynne is very proud of her part in the setting up and running of the office which is now top ranked for Conveyancing within Hartlepool.
Outside of work Lynne values quality family time, caravanning and caring for her beautiful border collies.

I don’t often write reviews but I must take the time to share my experience under my recent sale and purchase under Lynne Robinson (Senior conveyancing exec) and her (trainee solicitor) Isobel Wright.
From the moment I explained my needs these two handled my sale and purchase in perfect unison, I was kept informed of all updates and I did not have to chase for information at any stage. They handled my conveyancing matters swiftly and efficiently with a professional attitude and I appreciate and applaud the competence and thoroughness of this department.
To round up, a fantastic team and great service that I would definitely use again.

Excellent, efficient and friendly service
Freers Askew Bunting acted on our behalf regarding our very recent house purchase.
They made what seemed like a very daunting prospect to us a friendly and efficient one.
Everything was spelled out in easy to understand steps and their communications were always very swift and courteous.

Really positive experience - helpful and friendly support
Lynne, Isobel and Laura were fantastic to deal with during the course of our house sale and purchase. Everything was straight forward and questions were answered promptly.
Unfortunately our original house sale fell through, but they were supportive throughout. When we did resell, they were quick to continue to process and keep us informed. We'd definitely recommend.

Lynne was excellent!
Lynne helped us purchase our first home, a flat in outer London. Throughout the conveyancing process Lynne was proactive and helpful - no question was too small for her. She helped us get the purchase over the line despite a few small setbacks on the seller’s side and provided expert advice throughout the process. We’d 100% recommend her and will seek to use her for our next purchase in years to come.

Sale of property
