Our second purchase
This is the second time we have used FAB (great acronym) for a property purchase and they have been brilliant both times, we wont be looking elsewhere for our third.
Unfortunately our lenders solicitor's competence was lacking (understatement) and both mine and June's patience were tested but we got through and the purchase completed.
If you need a solicitor for property purchase then stop looking and call FAB 👍

Excellent Service for My Buy-to-Let Purchase
I recently worked with June at Freers Askew Bunting for my first buy-to-let purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. June was extremely efficient, always kept me in the loop, and genuinely seemed to have my best interests at heart. She took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that made sense to me, which I really appreciated.
What impressed me most was how well she handled communication between all the different parties. June was always on top of things, making sure everything moved smoothly. Her experience really showed, and she managed to resolve any issues along the way while getting the result I was hoping for.
I felt confident and supported throughout, and it was clear June cared about helping me succeed. I’d highly recommend her to anyone, especially for property-related work. I’ll definitely be using Freers Askew Bunting and her again in the next few months!

From the first point of contact to completion of the sale both Evie and June were excellent. They were easy to contact and were very good at answering any queries and provided assurance when necessary.

Stress free house purchase.
Before buying our first home, people warned us about solicitors and said things along the lines of “they cost a fortune and don’t even reply to you”. This could not be any further from the truth. I was recommended June Shires from Freers Askew Bunting by a friend and from day one she was very professional, friendly and a very quick responder. Any question we had pretty much any time or day of the week, we would receive a reply. The whole process from start to finish was so easy, any time we needed to do something it was clearly explained to us and we were helped along the way.
In summary June made buying our first home a lot easier and instead of adding onto an already stressful time, she helped alleviate it. And to top it all off, when it came to paying she ended up costing less money than every other solicitor I had gotten quotes from. I cannot recommend her enough.

Supported through a complex transaction
What should have been a simple transaction was made more complicated by an external issue to the point where I thought that it would be impossible to make any progress.
Seemed like we were going round and round in circles until June Shires took over responsibility and was determined to resolve things.
She is warm and approachable to communicate with and her understanding and experience speak volumes.
In what was a sad and difficult situation I felt that I had finally found some support to resolve matters in a sensible and pragmatic way.

Excellent Service
Being first time buyers the process we had no idea what to expect. Thanks to June the process became easy for us and any initial concerns were no longer. The service we received was great!
