Excellent Service!
I worked closely with June Shires as Freers Askew Bunting buying my first ever buy to let property, I had a lot of questions and needed a bit of hand holding along the way which June was more than happy to help with. We had some really tricky queries from my lender solicitors which June got sorted as fast as they would arrive. I’ve been able to complete today and wanted to thank June on an amazing service! June is a credit to the business!

BTL property purchase
June and Evie were very efficient with a somewhat difficult property purchase.
June was very good in explaining jargon in layman’s terms and helped in what we way she could.

Purchase of new build with part exchange

Our second purchase
This is the second time we have used FAB (great acronym) for a property purchase and they have been brilliant both times, we wont be looking elsewhere for our third.
Unfortunately our lenders solicitor's competence was lacking (understatement) and both mine and June's patience were tested but we got through and the purchase completed.
If you need a solicitor for property purchase then stop looking and call FAB 👍

Excellent Service for My Buy-to-Let Purchase
I recently worked with June at Freers Askew Bunting for my first buy-to-let purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. June was extremely efficient, always kept me in the loop, and genuinely seemed to have my best interests at heart. She took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that made sense to me, which I really appreciated.
What impressed me most was how well she handled communication between all the different parties. June was always on top of things, making sure everything moved smoothly. Her experience really showed, and she managed to resolve any issues along the way while getting the result I was hoping for.
I felt confident and supported throughout, and it was clear June cared about helping me succeed. I’d highly recommend her to anyone, especially for property-related work. I’ll definitely be using Freers Askew Bunting and her again in the next few months!
