Will Preparation by Sandra Danaher

Having thought of making a Will for quite some time we set upon reading on what's involved in making a will. The various points we need to consider to prepare a composite Will. Researching for the appropriate firm of solicitors rather than Will writers is what we decided and having spoken to various firms for how well they can accommodate our request we came across Josiah Hincks firm of solicitors in Syston Leicester. Reading through their website of various solicitors within the group we decided to go with Sandra Danaher to prepare our Will. We were delighted to have met her as she was friendly and listened patiently to what our needs were, how we wanted our will to be structured. She has a wonderful art of listening and then in simple terms allowing us to consider other points in order to cover all the avenues not leaving anything incomplete.
We felt her professionalism and her approach followed by the way of working along smoothly with us to provide clear advice that we can understand was comforting, along with this her patience all through the process was admirable.

Great experience

We used Jess for the 2nd time when moving house and she was amazing again! Jess is so responsive, always quickly replies on emails and on phone. She explains everything in an easy way to understand and she always fights for our best interests. We never have to chase for anything, she was always on top of all elements of our exchange and completion. If we were to ever move again we would use Jess and will recommend her to anyone else we know moving house.

House buying and sale of a house

Dhamini is truly a very good lawyer, she kept us informed regarding with buying & sale of house.
As we only had 7 days to move Dhamini was on the case and took the situation in hand what a star.
Without Dhamini we would not have moved, many many thanks.

Michael & Karen

A client

It was my first dealing with JH and I was very impressed with their service. Always made time to be available to chat or with an appointment. Progress and professionalism of business was exemplary. I was acting on behalf of another but will be changing my allegiance to JH when need in the future. Thank you Sue for your attention.
