I used Josiah Hincks to help me sort out and finalise my parents affairs and the service, advice and care I received from a conveyancing and probate perspective was excellent. Not only was it an emotional time I was also at a disadvantage by living some distance away and so all matters were dealt with remotely. They could not have been more helpful or understanding. I would use Josiah Hincks again and very happy to recommend them to others.

Lasting Powers of Attorney
From the first time we made contact with Anluan he gave us a great price for LPA for me who has additional needs explained everything to me in a way I could understand made me feel at ease with him and my parents, did all the paperwork and sent it off for me, could not recommend him highly enough and recommend him 100%. Thanks for making the process so easy and helpful for me.
