It took six months for us to move in to a house with no chain which I believe it too long solicitor didn’t answer any emails I sent only sometimes answered the phone I would not recommend them at all

A planning application had been submitted using incorrect OS Mapping and encroaching our legal boundary. Your solicitor was very helpful in confirming the action we had taken so far and she gave us useful advice on what action to take should any further problems arise. This was very reassuring. I used Josiah Hincks to help me sort out and finalise my parents affairs and the service, advice and care I received from a conveyancing and probate perspective was excellent. Not only was it an emotional time I was also at a disadvantage by living some distance away and so all matters were dealt with remotely. They could not have been more helpful or understanding.
