It took six months for us to move in to a house with no chain which I believe it too long solicitor didn’t answer any emails I sent only sometimes answered the phone I would not recommend them at all

A planning application had been submitted using incorrect OS Mapping and encroaching our legal boundary. I used Josiah Hincks to help me sort out and finalise my parents affairs and the service, advice and care I received from a conveyancing and probate perspective was excellent. Not only was it an emotional time I was also at a disadvantage by living some distance away and so all matters were dealt with remotely. They could not have been more helpful or understanding.
