Probate case
Dealing with the passing of a loved one can be difficult in itself. It is such an emotional issue and then there are all the practical matters that we have to deal with. On top of all this, there are legal requirements which have to be met whilst dealing with everything else.
This is where a good lawyer comes in and from my own recent experience I can honestly say that Asmaa Hannan is one of the best. She has dealt with my case in a professional and friendly manner and has supported me with sound and sensible advice all the way through the process. She has kept me fully informed of the situation at all times with clear communication and has been a real pleasure to work with. Total satisfaction
I’ve had dealings with JH Solicitors dating back decades…to a time when my solicitor friend John Bullough prepared wills for me and members of my family. My latest will was handled by Asmaa Hannon who was certainly a pleasure to deal with. That’s the first box to be ticked below.
I haven’t any reason to challenge any of the plaudits listed but feel that some are repetitive and others had not occurred to me.

Professional Service
We used the firm to draw up LPAs for my mother. We were ably assisted by Asmaa Hannan, who was very approachable, yet very professional in her manner. She was clear and concise in her explanations which was particularly helpful.
