It was not an easy transaction as our chain collapsed twice and we needed to make multiple changes along the way, including changing the house we were purchasing! Professional and friendly service.
We had a very good experience with Josiah Hincks and our conveyancer Trisha. Though we were very anxious about buying our first home and of course there were many frustrations along the way, Trisha was able to keep us updated throughout the process and regularly chase our vendors solicitors. Would definitely recommend Josiah Hincks if you are looking for conveyancy services.

Amazing service!
My situation was not the simplest yet TP (don't know if I can use names) was incredibly attentive and efficient.
She understood my needs and looked out for pitfalls all the way.
If you require a great solicitor I would definitely recommend TP of Josiah Hincks.
So much so now that I am moving I am using her again.
