Superb

Amy has been incredibly impressive throughout our transaction. I have been involved with a few property transactions over the years and my interaction with the conveyancing solicitor has always been poor. However, Amy was fantastic, she was providing updates without any chasing from my end, always seemed to go the extra mile, and provided practical advice. Tollers could have charged us double for the transaction and I would still have considered the service excellent value for money. Would use again, and recommend, in a heartbeat.

Excellent, professional and friendly service

Kimberley Osborne was recommended to me to support on the legal side when purchasing a flat, and I am very glad that we chose Tollers! Myself and my sister are extremely grateful to have had Kimberley's expertise. Kimberley provided us with clear reports and information to break lots of information down into something that we could understand and always answered any questions promptly via email or on the phone and was happy to take time to go through anything. Kimberley also prompted us at each step of the journey with different things we needed to do, and we were happy with the timescale. Kimberley also helped to get everything in order in readiness for completion within a tighter timescale at the end. Thank you Kimberley and Tollers for all your help, it made purchasing our first home a whole lot easier!

Excellent Service provided by Kimberly Osborne and Romina Rajamanthri

Kimberly Osborne, Romina Rajamanthri and the Tollers team provided an excellent service. Going for these solicitors having had the choice to go for others was the best decision I could have made.

They are highly responsive and proactive, providing great communication throughout the process. At every stage, the process was explained to me clearly and in detail. I felt reassured that the team had my best interest at heart and had confidence in letting them handle my case. They provided a really professional service and knew that their systems are efficient in getting things done. Kim also has a great wealth of knowledge and experience and you can see that through her work.

I would highly recommend!

4th August 2020. Absolutely amazing creative help with a tricky conveyance achieved in March 2010. Then in August 2020 had a sale issue with that conveyance and the file was found within 2 minutes, pdf of doc sent and the problem solved for the now purchaser’s solicitors in a very close deadline. Unbelievable. Huge thanks to Annie and Melanie. It was the speed and accuracy of the file retrieval that stunned me. If only . . . . . .

About this branch

Description

Founded in 1877, Tollers has grown to become a leading Regional Law Firm, with 6 offices and a geographic footprint throughout the South and East Midlands. With our long history comes a degree of prestige, wisdom and impressive depth of experience. However, our approach is a very modern one – we are here to help you keep pace with, or one step ahead of, the legal complexities of modern life and business, and to lead our peers by example when it comes to providing high-quality legal services. and you will discover that we focus on you and how we can help you deal with the legal challenges you face, no matter how complex. Like any fruitful relationship, that means listening closely to what you have to say, truly understanding your circumstances both from a personal and business perspective and taking the time to explain points of law clearly and simply without waffle, jargon or legalese. Many law firms call this “client focus”. At Tollers we call it “the very least you should expect”. Of course, what we do for you is important, but so is how we do it. So we continually invest in our people, processes and technology to ensure the service you receive is both first-class and cost-effective. It is about acting professionally, adapting the way we do things to best serve your needs, and building a relationship based on trust, mutual respect, professionalism and the desire to help you succeed. Because after all is said and done, we measure our success by your success.
