Excellent for a first-time buyer!
Kirsten was fantastic. As a first time buyer, I felt like I probably had more questions than most, but Kirsten didn’t make it feel like anything was too big of an ask. Prompt and helpful responses always.
Kirsten was helping me with a slightly more complicated mortgage and explained everything clearly to me. She was also constantly chasing up the sellers for me and keeping me updated on what was going on.
Everybody always says the legal side of buying a house is stressful but I couldn’t disagree more. Would highly recommend Tollers and Kirsten to anybody in the future!

I was in very capable hands
If you want something done, choose the best, then let Tollers do the rest.� I had a lot of contact with Kirsten and I have to say what a pleasant and very helpful person she is, the service Kirsten provided was so professional, she knows and understands her clients, she called when she said she would, she always had the answers to my questions, I always came off the phone feeling I was in capable hands. Kirsten is an asset to your team. I am a very happy customer and I would recommend Tollers, especially after getting to know Kirsten.

Very pleased with the service
Brilliant service! I have now used Tollers for their conveyancing services on several residential sales and purchases and have been very pleased with the service provided.� On this occasion, I was overseeing the sale of an investment property for my father. Louise Wilson and Kirsten Blaikie were very helpful and knowledgeable.� Unfortunately, due to Covid 19, the initial sale fell through and it took some time for the estate agents to find another buyer, due to the restrictions imposed during lockdown.� However, as soon as another sale was agreed, Louise and Kirsten were very quick to get the ball rolling again and kept us fully informed of the progress, via email and telephone resulting in a speedy exchange and completion.
