Amy has been incredibly impressive throughout our transaction. I have been involved with a few property transactions over the years and my interaction with the conveyancing solicitor has always been poor. However, Amy was fantastic, she was providing updates without any chasing from my end, always seemed to go the extra mile, and provided practical advice. Tollers could have charged us double for the transaction and I would still have considered the service excellent value for money. Would use again, and recommend, in a heartbeat.

Kimberley Osborne was recommended to me to support on the legal side when purchasing a flat, and I am very glad that we chose Tollers! Myself and my sister are extremely grateful to have had Kimberley's expertise. Kimberley provided us with clear reports and information to break lots of information down into something that we could understand and always answered any questions promptly via email or on the phone and was happy to take time to go through anything. Kimberly Osborne, Romina Rajamanthri and the Tollers team provided an excellent service. Going for these solicitors having had the choice to go for others was the best decision I could have made.
They are highly responsive and proactive, providing great communication throughout the process. At every stage, the process was explained to me clearly and in detail. I felt reassured that the team had my best interest at heart and had confidence in letting them handle my case. They provided a really professional service and knew that their systems are efficient in getting things done. Kim also has a great wealth of knowledge and experience and you can see that through her work.

In 2020 my sister passed away from Covid19, needless to say it was a difficult time!
As her Estate Executor living in Canada, due to the travel restrictions everything had to be conducted virtually.
I was fortunate to have Chris Lucas (Tollers Solicitors) as her Estate Solicitor! Starting with the first phone call of introduction I felt confident everything would be handled professionally.
Despite the time difference, his dedication to customer service and tireless efforts moved the process to a timely and satisfactory conclusion.

Tollers dealt with a very tricky sale for us, it involved negotiating with the official receiver n the purchase of the lease from a company that was in liquidation. It also had a buyers solicitor who seemed to invent irrelevant questions. Tollers dealt with it all totally professionally. Thank you.

Initially, we were planning on purchasing a new build property in Hitchin. I spoke to a number of other buyers in the estate and they recommended Kimberley Osborne of Tollers Stevenage to carry out the legal work. Kimberley carried out some legal work on his new build but myself and my family subsequently decided to go down a different route and buy a different house in Hitchin. Kimberley was very understanding and kind when we told her of our change. Kimberley and her team subsequently worked on the house we just purchased and everything went very smoothly. Tollers worked quickly and efficiently. The legal side of things didn't prove stressful as a result. We felt that the cost of the services provided was fair especially given how much we procrastinated on the purchase. We are now in our new house and extremely happy. Kimberley and Kirsten Blaikie were great and we would highly recommend them and Tollers Stevenage.

Kimberly was recommended to us by a family member who had also used Tollers as their conveyancing solicitor. Having had a bad experience with a different solicitor when selling a property, we could not fault Kimberly or any of the staff at Tollers at all, it was such a different experience to the other firm. Replies were speedy, we were kept well informed and everything was made clear to us with a polite, friendly but professional approach.
