Satisfactory Experience with Kimberley Osborne and Rebecca Timlett

Throughout the process, I was getting help from Kimberley Osborne and Rebecca Timlett. They were super recommended. Kimberley is professional and experienced. They were so helpful and patient with me. Kimberley always gave kind words. Every time I needed clarification and negotiation, she was always ready to meet my needs. All the legal process and documents were ensured to be handled perfectly until the completion date. I highly recommend Kimberley to make sure that your money is wisely spent on the right solicitor. Thank you so much.

Kimberley and team are FANTASTIC!

I was recommended a few different solicitors and after checking reviews, decided to take a chance with Tollers. I can honestly say, it was the BEST decision and money well spent.

Kimberley and her team worked to tight time frames to get my case over the line. There were a few complexities and they smoothed everything out, keeping me informed at every step of the process. I am so pleased with the service provided and have recommended Tollers Stevenage to others. I am looking forward to working with them again soon.

I highly recommend Kimberley for her efficiency, attention to detail as well as her wealth of knowledge and experience. She’s a credit to Tollers.

Estate will

In 2020 my sister passed away from Covid19, needless to say it was a difficult time!
As her Estate Executor living in Canada, due to the travel restrictions everything had to be conducted virtually.

I was fortunate to have Chris Lucas (Tollers Solicitors) as her Estate Solicitor! Starting with the first phone call of introduction I felt confident everything would be handled professionally.
Despite the time difference, his dedication to customer service and tireless efforts moved the process to a timely and satisfactory conclusion.

Very Professional

Tollers dealt with a very tricky sale for us, it involved negotiating with the official receiver n the purchase of the lease from a company that was in liquidation. It also had a buyers solicitor who seemed to invent irrelevant questions. Tollers dealt with it all totally professionally. Thank you.

Thank you so much

Thank you so much for all the professional advice given to my mum throughout her difficult divorce. Your team's thorough work and concise correspondence has ensured that she did not have to worry too much about the process. The divorce was, of course, relatively straightforward to deal with in practice since both children are in adulthood. However, the emotional toll was immense for her and without a doubt, your legal advice brought a significant degree of relief. I realise that you deal with countless cases, many of them divorces. This is just another one of them. But I must emphasise that your work for us was invaluable. Without your professional advice, the divorce proceedings would likely still be in limbo with no end in sight. We are finally able to move on with our lives and put this all in the past.

Initially, we were planning on purchasing a new build property in Hitchin. I spoke to a number of other buyers in the estate and they recommended Kimberley Osborne of Tollers Stevenage to carry out the legal work. Kimberley carried out some legal work on his new build but myself and my family subsequently decided to go down a different route and buy a different house in Hitchin. Kimberley was very understanding and kind when we told her of our change. Kimberley and her team subsequently worked on the house we just purchased and everything went very smoothly. Tollers worked quickly and efficiently. The legal side of things didn't prove stressful as a result. We felt that the cost of the services provided was fair especially given how much we procrastinated on the purchase. We are now in our new house and extremely happy. Kimberley and Kirsten Blaikie were great and we would highly recommend them and Tollers Stevenage.

Kimberly was recommended to us by a family member who had also used Tollers as their conveyancing solicitor. Having had a bad experience with a different solicitor when selling a property, we could not fault Kimberly or any of the staff at Tollers at all, it was such a different experience to the other firm. Replies were speedy, we were kept well informed and everything was made clear to us with a polite, friendly but professional approach.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kimberly at Tollers.

We purchased our first house with the assistance of Kimberly Osborn, who was recommended by a friend. Kimberly was professional from the start until the completion date, ensuring we were kept up to date with the entire process. Her knowledge and experience within the sector were evident throughout. We would 100% recommend using Kimberly/Tollers when purchasing or selling your property; it was a stress free experience and worth every penny!

Very friendly team. Seem very efficient and thorough for what I needed, but only had short dealings with them as they held documents for us. And did a letter. So can only comment on that. Would recommend.

About this branch

Description

Founded in 1877, Tollers has grown to become a leading Regional Law Firm, with 6 offices and a geographic footprint throughout the South and East Midlands. With our long history comes a degree of prestige, wisdom and impressive depth of experience. However, our approach is a very modern one – we are here to help you keep pace with, or one step ahead of, the legal complexities of modern life and business, and to lead our peers by example when it comes to providing high-quality legal services. and you will discover that we focus on you and how we can help you deal with the legal challenges you face, no matter how complex. Like any fruitful relationship, that means listening closely to what you have to say, truly understanding your circumstances both from a personal and business perspective and taking the time to explain points of law clearly and simply without waffle, jargon or legalese. Many law firms call this “client focus”. At Tollers we call it “the very least you should expect”. Of course, what we do for you is important, but so is how we do it. So we continually invest in our people, processes and technology to ensure the service you receive is both first-class and cost-effective. It is about acting professionally, adapting the way we do things to best serve your needs, and building a relationship based on trust, mutual respect, professionalism and the desire to help you succeed. Because after all is said and done, we measure our success by your success.
