Amy was prompt in her replies and professional throughout. Amy came across as very knowledgeable and I felt very confident in actioning her advice. I also dealt with Gabriella and Megan during this case and they were both very helpful and professional. I called Tollers re property business matter, the call handler asked me to fill online form as there was none available to answer my call. I did fill the online form and after two days I was contacted by solicitor to confirm my requirements, they promised to get back to me with an offer. It is already five weeks and I never received a call or an email from them back.
