Thomas Flavell & Sons have offices throughout Leicestershire & Warwickshire, providing legal services for businesses and Individuals. We were founded back in 1809 and joined in 1910 by the late Thomas Flavell from whom the practice now takes its name. The Flavell family had been a part of the firm up until late 2016 following the retirement of Tom Flavell. Our journey has seen us grow from the 19th Century Solicitor on the high street, to the modern law firm we are today adapting to the ever-changing legal market. We are proud of our long history, our team, and the high-level of client care we provide to all of our clients. Friendly, efficient, modern... what more could you want? I have used the team 3 times now for house selling/purchasing - they were perfect every time. All their processes are modern - you can do all your house move paperwork via email and the app if you want. You can trust the team to do a thorough job and to guide you through the maze of house moving legalities! No question you may have is seen as silly to them and they are always on hand to help.

Late Fathers Estate

Having recently lost both parents, myself and my two sisters required to finalise Dads estate by applying for probate.
Vijay (& his team) at Thomas Flavells were outstanding! They literally jumped onboard and swiftly dealt with all of tasks at hand (& there was many) and regularly updated us throughout the journey.
Credit, where credit it due, Vijay (& his team) were incredibly, they went above and way beyond our expectations, delivered an exceptional service and took every element of stress away from us so that we could grieve. I (& my sisters) are so very grateful for him, Selena, the conveyancing team and everybody else that was involved - we genuinely can’t thank them enough!
10/10 from us!!

First class with great legal knowledge and easy to understand

I chose TFS because Philip Baldwin did my previous Will with another solicitors 6 years ago in Hinckley that is no longer there. Since my previous Will several events have taken place which I needed to address. I was very satisfied with the way he understood my wishes regards the changes I required. I knew he would be able to use his professional knowledge again he gave me sensible and practical advice which was easy to understand. He was honest about the cost. This service was dealt with very swiftly which was first class due to his great legal knowledge.
I would certainly recommend Thomas Flavell & Sons again.

Hiren and Shelley supported in our sale and purchase. We had a really stressful end to our purchase due to another solicitor (from elsewhere) in the chain, and Hiren and our estate agents worked hard to manage this in order to get our sale through. I would use them again and really valued the support and advocating they did to get the sale completed.
