Charlotte and the whole conveyancing team were brilliant from start to finish which made a sensitive transaction very smooth and appreciated. Excellent recommended

Conveyancing for deceased estate was done predominantly online, which I found easy and very helpful however some elderly or people with little IT knowledge may not.

I received timely updates and online app to check progress. Due to the property selling at auction the strict time restrictions the whole team met the deadline and requirements of a quick sale, to spite some land registry complications. I was very impressed with the service and communication from all of the team. I will definitely use again.

Hiren and Shelley supported in our sale and purchase. We had a really stressful end to our purchase due to another solicitor (from elsewhere) in the chain, and Hiren and our estate agents worked hard to manage this in order to get our sale through. I would use them again and really valued the support and advocating they did to get the sale completed.

Majority of work was completed via the online system. It was so easy to use and updates were immediately. The whole transaction was professional and very quick. Because we were selling a house as executor it was sold at auction and the team went above and beyond to meet the expected timeframe required.
