Would recommend these to anyone. Rachel Ley was amazing throughout the process and was always on hand to answer any questions or queries I had. She was always very polite and very approachable and made moving house much easier than expected. Well worth the 5 stars.

Very positive experience
Really positve experience using Thomas Flavell & Sons. In particular Rachel Ley was friendly, helpful and efficient. We were kept updated and found the experience to be far easier than with any other solicitor we had previously used.

Painless house sale and purchase

Rachel was worth every penny
