Purchase of property in Weston-Super-Mare
We had a few issues but absolutely nothing to do with Rachel who expertly guided us through the trials and tribulations.

Leasehold flat purchase
Rachel and the rest of the team at Thomas Flavell were recommended to me as being thorough and very quick to respond to any queries, and I wasn't disappointed. I was kept fully aware throughout the process and everything was wrapped up quickly. I'd certainly be back should I come to buy or sell again.

Sale of 60 Hamble, Tamworth
We sold a residential property that had been converted into two dwellings since we purchased it, with one tenant still in situ.
So many considerations and important documents regarding planning approvals and Tenancy Agreement etc. had to be taken into account.
We sold to another property developer so everything had to be water-tight.
We feel that we were carefully, skillfully and safely navigated through these daunting procedures by Rachel Ley who executed the successful completion of the sale on our behalf.

Excellent Service from start to finish
We have used TFS for three differing moves parents from Scotland to England and two of our own every time excellent communication, which is key to a smooth process when using solicitors and lawyers.

Very positive experience
Really positve experience using Thomas Flavell & Sons. In particular Rachel Ley was friendly, helpful and efficient. We were kept updated and found the experience to be far easier than with any other solicitor we had previously used.

Painless house sale and purchase

Rachel was worth every penny
