Amazing Communication
Pardeep and the team at TFS have been amazing throughout the conveyancing process. They were always ahead of the other solicitors in the chain, making sure that everything was done on time, and constantly chasing. They were also really communicative throughout, letting us know reasonable timeframes for various milestones. When, just before exchange, we hit a roadblock of a solicitor not answering the TFS team, nor their own client, Pardeep continued to chase and escalate.
Without the TFS team the whole process would have been much more stressful and slower. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any future moves.

Excellent - would recommend!
April and Izzy were fantastic the whole way through the process of selling my house. They were very efficient meaning things moved along at a good pace and their tone was always helpful and polite. Both were able to explain things clearly when I had questions. I would highly recommend this dream team and will definitely use them again in future when needed.

Outstanding & Professional Services - April Ford!!!
My wife and I were introduced by our friend of appointing TFS as our conveyancer firm, which assigned April to be our solicitor responding for our conveyancing matters.
I understand very well that lots of UK solicitors have preference in responding you slowly and not so careful when preparing & reviewing your legal documents. However, she is not this kind. She responded our queries swiftly (always within the same day) with very detailed elaborations while she would also provide us with professional and feasible advice. For instance, there is some miscommunication in our seller's side regarding some fixture in the property, when I informed April of that, she told me that she would handle it for me without any hesitation. The outcome is very satisfactory.
After appointing her, I was not worried about being unable to have the purchase of my property completed or have any issued arisen.
I do properly recommend April to act for your conveyancing solicitor if you need to either sell or buy a property.
