Pardeep Kandola thank you
We chose Pardeep to deal with our Purchase. We were at the top of the chain with two parties below us. We instructed this firm in December after the Christmas holidays and we completed in March. Pardeep made the impossible possible and helped us move into our dream house. He was very quick to respond to our questions and updated us as soon as he received any news from the seller and agent. Excellent Service
We've just complete on our house sale and purchase using Thomas Flavell and Sons. At all points in the process Pardeep let us know what was happening, who we were waiting for on the other side and if there was anything we needed to do. It was reassuring for us to know he was on top of things, being proactive rather than reactive. Pardeep and Estella provided an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and Thomas Flavell's in the future.

From the second day Pardeep took up our purchase, he has been phenomenal. The level of honesty, attention to detail, approach, support, communication, I could go on.. Have been of a standard all in the industry should hold themselves to. Along with Estella, they took every challenge in their stride, helped us over ever hurdle (of which there were A LOT) and we wouldn’t be in the position we are with our them. Could not recommend more highly!

The best service we could’ve hoped for

Amazing Communication
Pardeep and the team at TFS have been amazing throughout the conveyancing process. They were always ahead of the other solicitors in the chain, making sure that everything was done on time, and constantly chasing. They were also really communicative throughout, letting us know reasonable timeframes for various milestones. When, just before exchange, we hit a roadblock of a solicitor not answering the TFS team, nor their own client, Pardeep continued to chase and escalate.
Without the TFS team the whole process would have been much more stressful and slower. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any future moves.
