We had a really stressful end to our purchase due to another solicitor (from elsewhere) in the chain, and Hiren and our estate agents worked hard to manage this in order to get our sale through. I would use them again and really valued the support and advocating they did to get the sale completed.

Sucessful lengthy conveyancing
After several unsuccessful offers to purchase the house Thomas Flavell solicitors Hinckley branch completed the purchase. Not as easy task so Thank you Shelley.

Great team work
We liked that the department is split into teams so there was always someone who was aware of our property sale.
Communication was generally very good and clear.
The only downside was the contract for the sale for signing was sent to our empty buy to let property and not our residence. This was only discovered by accident when we visited to check the property. This caused approximately a two week delay.

Wills and LPA's
We instructed Thomas Flavell to produce our Will and register LPA's. We found the service we received very good and efficient. Communication throughout has been excellent with any concerns dealt with quickly and reassurance received. Would recommend Hiren to others and Thomas Flavell's services.

Incredibly service and speedy house purchase
Hiren came highly recommended to us for help with the purchase of our first home, He helped with all the difficulties of purchasing a house out of auction. everything was dealt with urgency that we needed and to a very high standard, resulting in us saving a good amount of money over the first contract issued by the seller. Efficient & Speedy House Purchase

Fantastic service from Hiren
I’ve used Hiren as my solicitor on several transactions and have also recommended him to friends/family. He has always given fantastic service, very prompt responses, and is always on hand if I need advice or a quick chat. I’ve used other solicitors who are slow, difficult to get hold of, and seem to make life difficult, so Hiren is a refreshing change!

Conveyancing
