House sale
I have recently used Thomas Flavell for the sale of my leasehold property.
I was extremely impressed with everything that they did for me .
I mainly dealt with a lady called Paige Gunn who couldn’t have been more helpful.
I never had reason to visit their office as everything was dealt with very promptly by E mail .
All my queries were answered straight away which I have never known from a solicitor before !!
I would definitely recommend them and thanks again to Paige .

Conveyancing
Great service from start to finish. Easy to contact and always responds to emails in a timely manner. Our house sale and subsequent purchase was completed with no problems and really quickly. Thanks again to Paige and the team.

House sale
It is over 30 years since I sold a property and have heard some horror stories, but that was not the case when selling my fathers house.
Chris and Paige at Thomas Flavell were great and nothing was too much trouble to answer any questions we had.
It did get a little scary when we needed to sign forms, due to a failed link, but again, after a quick phone call, all was sorted by going onto the office and signing in person.
Brilliant experience and would definitely use them again.
