We used Claire to sell our flat and purchase our house and she guided us through every step of the way. We had difficulties with our buyer and I feel if we hadn't have had Claire as our solicitor we probably would have lost the house we were buying.

Samantha O'Dwyer and Debbie Glover are a formidable experienced and professional team at Amphlett. My divorce case has been going on for a long time due to complex issues, however I was guided and advised in such a wonderful and professional manner that ongoing engagement process became lighter, they did all the work and I was able to resume a normal life whilst the process was ongoing without worrying.

Not having moved for over 20 years it's difficult to recall the experience any problems that arose.
However, we had an exceptional, efficient and very professional service from Clare Pay's and her team at A&L.
The complete legal work covering the sale and purchase was more or less trouble free and a lot of this was due to the way it was handled at AL.
Nothing was too much trouble and all questions we raised were answered fully and explanations provided where appropriate.
It should also be noted that Claire and the team were always on hand to converse on the phone when required.
Keep up the good work and we would not hesitate to recommend to others.
