I've dealt with this company intermittently for the last five years. I found Katie Brett to be sensitive, empathic and impartial despite me being upset and confused and all that goes with life's challenges. I was given sound and accurate guidance that has put my mind at ease.

Amending Joint Wills
Our legal exec, Katie Brett was most helpful. Consultations were carried out by phone which helped us as we live in Dorset. Katie was very supportive giving alternatives to providing information when I failed with the internet. Replies to emails, queries were always prompt, and I was informed when she had a week's leave. Her approach was friendly, supportive, and professional.

Excellent service
Katie Brett helped with preparing a will for my father. The service I received was excellent! Our meeting was conducted online with myself and my very elderly father. Katie was extremely patient, kind and friendly in dealing with my father. I was honestly surprised and delighted at how well she communicated with him, despite it being his first experience of talking to someone on zoom. I'm truly grateful for the help I received from Katie and her team. Katie could not have been more caring. Thank you!

Pleasant and professional
I had my Will rewritten and was very impressed with the service I received. From the moment I was offered a cup of tea or coffee until the moment I was ushered out I received very courteous and sympathetic service. Amazing
Where do I start? Katie has been absolutely amazing. I can honestly say that her advice saved my life. I was in a pit of despair, I was anxious and depressed due to the allegations made against me. Katie has been so kind and explained everything thoroughly so I fully understood the paper work I had in front of me. I also had a bias that solicitors will try to get as much money out of you as possible. Especially as I spoke to a solicitor beforehand who had quoted an absurd amount of money for their services. Yet Katie, was the complete opposite, I know that she was helping me because she wanted to and not because there is a pay cheque at the end of it. I can�t thank her enough. I really can�t, she helped me to sleep at night and stopped me from having breakdowns sporadically throughout the day. She made me feel human again. I know that if I need any further assistance I will be straight on the phone to her. Thank you so much Katie!
