Thanks Claire
We used Claire to sell our flat and purchase our house and she guided us through every step of the way. We had difficulties with our buyer and I feel if we hadn't have had Claire as our solicitor we probably would have lost the house we were buying.

Superb customer service and response
Superb customer service and response, very professional. Our sale and purchase were handled so efficiently, ensuring everything moved forward quickly including helping the rest of our chain progress to ensure completion as agreed - we couldn't have asked for more. I'd strongly recommend Claire Pays and her team to anyone looking to sell and/or buy!

I have recently sold my property and used Amphlett Lissimore for the sale. Claire Pays was professional, efficient and made the process seamless. Claire and Danni were on top of everything, quick turnarounds and the communication was amazing! They were always on the ball and ready to help nothing was to much for them. For a time that can be very stressful Claire kept me calm, explained everything and kept me in the loop with the whole process! Great work
I think both Claire and Nigel did a great job. They were prompt to respond to queries and explained things clearly. When Claire left on maternity leave the file was handed over to Nigel without any noticable delays. We managed to complete under tight timescales.

Very responsive

Amazing
Claire Pays is an absolute asset to Amphlett Lissimore. Her attention to detail and speed in delivery is exceptional. Every time I dropped her an email, I had a response within the hour. Claire had us all set to complete week 4, due to delays on the sellers side she still persevered and managed to get an exchange made 4.5 weeks after our initial communications started - over the Xmas week too� amazing! After Xmas/NY holidays we completed within 2 business working days, which has been the best start to the year for us. Top scores on communication, advice, perserverance, thoroughness and service � I will be forever referring your company to friends and family based on my own experience with Amphlett Lissimore. To Claire, along with assistance from Kim Brown, we have had brilliant experience buying our first home - thank you so much!

Outstanding service
Clare Pays was immediately responsive, attentive, understanding & totally professional in all her dealings with me throughout my property sale and purchase. An outstanding service considering it was an incredibly busy market place of clients, like myself, with short window of time before the stamp duty pause was due to end. I will continue to highly recommend Clare to my family and friends.
