Calm, patient, and consistent
I can't put into enough words how happy and satisfied I am with how Carole Hack acted for me. My case was very challenging on several occasions over the past few years! However Carole was always calm, patient and consistent, she was always very professional and provided me with excellent honest advice. Despite us having to endure a long tough case battling through constant dishonesty and false allegations, Carole Hacks constant professionalism and drive got us the final result we was fighting for! ... Very professional
Carole was very professional and knowledgeable. It can be difficult to integrate all the information during a phone conversation and I really appreciated that she wrote a detailed letter to confirm her advice.
