Claire and her team, especially Nicola, were professional, efficient, empathetic, and very reassuring during a somewhat drawn out sale. Not due to them I hasten to add! I felt at all times in good knowledgable hands, and that my questions even the minor ones, were dealt with speedily and with empathy. I would definitely recommend their services.

I received such good service from the Amphlett Lissimore team in West Wickham, when selling my property. Communication was excellent and progress was swift, consistent and efficient. All members of the team were highly knowledgeable and were always ready to take a call and give advice. From start to finish the sale was completed in 8 weeks! I would highly recommend. Recently used Amplett Lissimore for the sale of my property and purchase of another. I could not recommend them enough. Claire and her team (especially Nicola) could not do enough to ensure that the house sale eventually completed. This wasn’t a straight forward sale but they always communicated and had everyone in the chains interests firmly at the forefront of their minds when approaching how to deal with the situations we ended up dealing with. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Nicola Curtis and Claire Pays for all their help with my transfer of equity. They were given a very short amount of time to get numerous things organised and in place. Both worked so hard and efficiently to ensure that the transfer was completed in time. They were extremely organised, professional and friendly and were always contactable either by phone or email - they made what could have been a very stressful experience run very smoothly indeed! I can't thank them enough. If I could give 7 stars for their service I would and I highly recommend Amphlett Lissimore to anyone who needs a Conveyancing Solicitor.
