I received excellent service from Karen Goss throughout the whole sale process. Communication both from Karen and via Brachers updates was superb. There was also a generous reduction on the fees for the previous aborted sale. Post sale information was complete and precise so I know exactly what to do. Karen was friendly, prompt and extremely helpful throughout the sale. Dealing with her at Brachers has been an absolute pleasure.

Sarah Mannooch was efficient and approachable. She was able to interpret my wishes and explain how they were incorporated in a slightly complex Will. The initial fixed fee quote was honoured despite the work taking slightly longer than anticipated as the Will was developed.

We found Brachers by an internet search and contracted them for conveyancing firstly with Rachel Plumb and then Karen. Prior to this we had taken some advice over the disposal of a house that was held in trust with Paige Hinkins

I have been trying to pursue a medical negligence claim for some time now and this keeps being delayedt by my doctor/consultants coming up with new excuses and recently I was mis diagnosed, I contacted this solicitors to try and take action against the party's concerned and highlighted the moving goal post I had experience. And this was why my original issue was several years ago and it is because I am now aware that there is an issue as they keep coming up with new excuses which I have to research to clarify the ventality of the doctors or hospitals claims. And so when I become aware that there can new claims are not valid this is from the date that the three years date applies. Having spoken to young lady she asked me which having spoken to young lady she asked me which trusts or hospitals etc was I looking to seek redress with. I mentioned the hospitals and she clearly stated that the firm could not pursue a claim in my case as it was a conflict of interest. This is the most honest that has solicitor has been with me in regard to this matter most just say I cannot help you goodbye. as you only have a set period of time to take the case to court this is disgusting I'm hats off to this company for stating that it was a conflict of interest and they are now going to recommend solicitors out of the area who may be able to assist me and I am waiting her email as I write this. They seem to have good integrity.

Used Brachers for selling a property. We were very impressed by the service that Chantal gave. She was professional, quick to return emails, answered questions clearly and got us in a good place ready to exchange. She communicated well and kept us informed. She went over and above to ensure the chain exchanged and we got to completion. I find house selling stressful, and she did her best to make it less stressful.

Excellent service, Rachel was always on top of everything , chasing the right people etc, and always responded to any questions I had very promptly.
Brachers are not the cheapest around but they are reasonably priced and are definitely worth more than every penny they charge.
I also really like the app. Last time I used Brachers this wasn’t about and it makes such a difference, making everything so much easier.
