I highly recommend Brachers for conveyancing after they recently helped me purchase my first property, and in record time! My solicitor was Tim and he was efficient, had great communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. My experience was smooth; Tim was professional and concise, I was well informed and confident after witnessing how thorough his questioning and investigation were prior to purchase. They may not be the cheapest firm around but you get what you pay for and the service I received at Brachers was second to none.

If I could give 6 stars I would!

I cannot express enough how fantastic Tim, Claire and the rest of the team have been in dealing with the sale of my house!

It wasn't a straightforward sale, but their excellent communication, ability to explain things to me in words that made sense, expertise and their reassurance got me through the experience with my sanity relatively intact.

I will most definitely be using them again for any legal support I may need in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy solicitor.

Excellent service, Rachel was always on top of everything , chasing the right people etc, and always responded to any questions I had very promptly.

Brachers are not the cheapest around but they are reasonably priced and are definitely worth more than every penny they charge.

I also really like the app. Last time I used Brachers this wasn’t about and it makes such a difference, making everything so much easier.
