If I could give 6 stars I would!
I cannot express enough how fantastic Tim, Claire and the rest of the team have been in dealing with the sale of my house!
It wasn't a straightforward sale, but their excellent communication, ability to explain things to me in words that made sense, expertise and their reassurance got me through the experience with my sanity relatively intact.
I will most definitely be using them again for any legal support I may need in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy solicitor.

Remortgage & Help to Buy Redemption
Having gone through processes with solicitors in the past, you can often feel like you are irrelevant and they don’t care about your timescales and the pressure etc.
Clare was fantastic from the word go. Her communication and explanation of the process was perfect and at no stage did we feel stressed even when things didn’t quite go as planned.
I would highly recommend anyone going through a similar process to use Clare and should we be required to do anything in the near future, she will be our first choice. Thankyou!

Re-Mortgage and HTB loan
Clare Waters has been extremely helpful and efficient, very responsive and a quick turn around. Clare kept us informed when she was out of the office and was still assisting when she was.
