incredibly helpful team!
we've heard a lot of solicitor horror stories from friends when it comes to buying a flat, but our experience of Brachers couldn't have been more different. across two different solicitors (our initial one left before completion) we had constant support. Sale and Purchase

House purchase
I worked with Karen Goss in order to purchase a property. Transfer of equity
The whole process from start to finish was as described and fully explained prior to any decision being made to proceed with the process . I felt “looked after” throughout by Karen and any questions I had were always answered clearly, speedily as well as honestly.

Highly Recommended Solicitors
I worked with Karen Goss from Brachers on a solicitor/agent capacity. I deal with many solicitors on a daily basis on behalf of both sellers and buyers and Brachers are at the top of my highly recommended solicitors list. It was a pleasure to work with Karen on what was a tricky and stressful case due to another part of the chain but she was highly professional and communicative at all times with us as an agent so we could help to push it along to what was a very tight deadline. I very much hope that we can work together on other cases in the future and continue a great solicitor/agent relationship which is something hard to come by.

Excellent Service
I was recently appointed Karen to manage the sale of my late father’s property. I have dealt with many solicitors and in all cases there were numerous things to complain about but in this case there is absolutely nothing bad I can say. Karen was extremely quick to pick up the necessary actions on her side, she gave great advise, was very responsive and managed the entire case end to end. I only wish the buyer chose Brachers and then it would have been a seamless sale. All in all I would highly recommend and I am relieved to have finally found a reliable and trustworthy solicitors firm
