Do what others can't

After the solicitor firm I was using for my divorce couldn't get it settled in two years, I transferred to LB Law. Within seven months they got it completely finished and over with. They proactively pushed to get my case closed and were supportive throughout. Absolutely worthy to be called the best

I needed to sell my mother’s house using my POA. As I live 170 miles away I was worried it would make things difficult. This was not the case. The legal aspects were all handled efficiently, easily and I was kept up to date at all times.

(Medical negligence case)I would rate them 0 if I could(have 3 years to bring the case to be investigated and served)wasted nine months,completely blanked for the last two months before dropping my wife's case by letter,concerned with their potential profits only without any expert reports on my wife's claim or condition of negligence investigated.My wife's case is now won with CLmedilaw,and the stark contrast of professionalism was quite astounding.

We have a national reputation for helping the victims of clinical negligence and have helped thousands of clients over many years. We know when someone suffers an untoward clinical outcome this can have a lifelong impact and that bringing a claim will feel like another heavy burden and cause additional stress and worry. We are mindful that even what appears at the outset, to be a strong case, can fail and that even where there is a serious untoward outcome it does not mean that the case has good merits. Equally, we may reject a case that is ultimately successful, and where this happens it does not mean that we erred in deciding not to pursue the matter. We assess each case on its merits and we only take on cases which we see as having good prospects in part to ensure that clients are not put to significant stress, upset and inconvenience in pursuing what we see as a weak case. Other firms will have a different approach to what they consider as good merits and we hope that your wife’s new firm are able to achieve a good outcome for her.
