So efficient and so professional

We instructed Karen Bell to deal with the sale of our house. She was so efficient, so professional and very prompt with all communication. Even when the surprise of unregistered land appeared, Karen dealt with it so swiftly and had reassuringly excellent knowledge of the process, which was so reassuring. Highly recommend Karen and will definitely be using her again.

Painless house sale

I recently used LB to sell my late mothers property, the process was made very straight forward by Karen, her knowledge and communication was nothing but first class. All parties were paid by solicitors and money transfer to my account was quick and efficient. Would use in future.

Professional but compassionate legal advice received

I received professional, sympathetic and compassionate legal advice from Alicia during my clinical negligence case against SATH.
It was extremely tough at times but Alicia allowed me the time I needed to review and reply to various emails and documents. (Medical negligence case)I would rate them 0 if I could(have 3 years to bring the case to be investigated and served)wasted nine months,completely blanked for the last two months before dropping my wife's case by letter,concerned with their potential profits only without any expert reports on my wife's claim or condition of negligence investigated.My wife's case is now won with CLmedilaw,and the stark contrast of professionalism was quite astounding.

We have a national reputation for helping the victims of clinical negligence and have helped thousands of clients over many years. We know when someone suffers an untoward clinical outcome this can have a lifelong impact and that bringing a claim will feel like another heavy burden and cause additional stress and worry. We are mindful that even what appears at the outset, to be a strong case, can fail and that even where there is a serious untoward outcome it does not mean that the case has good merits. Equally, we may reject a case that is ultimately successful, and where this happens it does not mean that we erred in deciding not to pursue the matter. We assess each case on its merits and we only take on cases which we see as having good prospects in part to ensure that clients are not put to significant stress, upset and inconvenience in pursuing what we see as a weak case. Other firms will have a different approach to what they consider as good merits and we hope that your wife’s new firm are able to achieve a good outcome for her.
