Clinical Negligence Case Againest NHS SATH Maternity.

Alicia from the outset has been fabulous, kind, caring an compassionate. We have been working together now for 2 years on my claim. Alicia has been through in her role an hasn't left any stone unturned an has kept me updated throughout an had lead with clear guidance an realistic views on the outcome. Only reason I have scored it 4 star not 5 is the time it has taken to go through as I am still awaiting payment even though amount has been agreed. This is not just Alicia's fault but alot down to the defendant. However that would not put me off dealing with Alicia again an I would recommend her to anyone. X

Totally satisfied with the whole process

On arrival very welcoming and polite, offered refreshments then shown into a private meeting room to wait for appointment, which was light and spacious with comfy chairs. Our solicitor was punctual, very pleasant and listened to what we required and explained the options and procedure in a way we understood. We took a fixes rate option and were totally satisfied with the whole process. Definitely use again if required.

So efficient and so professional

We instructed Karen Bell to deal with the sale of our house. She was so efficient, so professional and very prompt with all communication. Even when the surprise of unregistered land appeared, Karen dealt with it so swiftly and had reassuringly excellent knowledge of the process, which was so reassuring. Painless house sale

Professional but compassionate legal advice received

I received professional, sympathetic and compassionate legal advice from Alicia during my clinical negligence case against SATH.
It was extremely tough at times but Alicia allowed me the time I needed to review and reply to various emails and documents. Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend

Big thank you to Karen Bell for all her help and guidance during the conveyancing of our first home.
