I would not hesitate to recommend LB Solicitors to anyone needing guidance and representation for Family Law or Divorce proceedings. My solicitor was thorough and diligent, balancing professional rigour with fairness, reasonableness and sensitivity. David was the lead for our first meeting. He explained and gave sound advice as our wants were very explicit. The subsequent meetings were with Kelly who was more than we could have hoped for. I had a very good experience with the team. Staci was to the point and easy to work with, helping me without hesitation and pointing me in the right direction when i was able to do certain things for myself. If i needed help late at night before court i could email Staci and she would be back to me pretty Sharp. She helped my find an excellent Barrister when needed. In regards to the other members of the team that helped, Fiona was always fully up to speed with everything going on and was able to help me or point me to the right person that could when Staci was unavailable. The accounts team were on point whenever i needed to pay in advance and setting up payment at the end. Thoroughly pleased and would use again if needed.

Sorry but had to change this review as my experience with this company not meaning bromyard branch as I haven't had any dealing with but the Hereford Branch no stars I used a Google engine search on this company read the website on the experience they had thought sound like a good company but bad my claim won't cover the long term of my condition or the pain I have I haven't been up my stairs over two years have to claim government benefits I even told them I have permanent damage but no there don'BEWERE no just BEWERE

(Medical negligence case)I would rate them 0 if I could(have 3 years to bring the case to be investigated and served)wasted nine months,completely blanked for the last two months before dropping my wife's case by letter,concerned with their potential profits only without any expert reports on my wife's claim or condition of negligence investigated.My wife's case is now won with CLmedilaw,and the stark contrast of professionalism was quite astounding.
