Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend
Big thank you to Karen Bell for all her help and guidance during the conveyancing of our first home. From start to finish the process was very efficient, straightforward and we were kept well informed. Karen is very friendly, approachable and easy to speak to and as we were first timers, guided us through the process and explained everything very well. Thank you!

So efficient and so professional
We instructed Karen Bell to deal with the sale of our house. She was so efficient, so professional and very prompt with all communication. Even when the surprise of unregistered land appeared, Karen dealt with it so swiftly and had reassuringly excellent knowledge of the process, which was so reassuring. Highly recommend Karen and will definitely be using her again.

Painless house sale
I recently used LB to sell my late mothers property, the process was made very straight forward by Karen, her knowledge and communication was nothing but first class. All parties were paid by solicitors and money transfer to my account was quick and efficient. Would use in future.

House sale
We have used Lanyon Bowdler several times for a variety of reasons. For our recent sale of my mother’s house and our own house we used the same solicitor – Karen Bell at the Hereford office. She was approachable, friendly and professional. Keeping us fully informed at all times. Listening to and acting on our questions and concerns. Gave us advice when requested and necessary. Amazing experience using a solicitor for the first time
We were recommended Karen at Lanyon Bowdler Hereford and we couldn’t have asked for a better first experience using a solicitor. Buying our first home wasn’t stressful at all due to the amazing support and advice throughout from Karen.
