Alison Courtney our Solicitor was extremely efficient in solving problems quickly. We were always able to get in touch with her by phone and she never left a message unanswered but speedily replied the same day.

We tried to move 3 times in 2 years unfortunately the chain collapsed with the first two moves but we were successful for the third. We stuck with Downie and Gadban for all three. Tracey and the team were amazing and understanding of the fact we had been three times disappointed and took this into account when dealing with myself and my wife. Each time we got to exchange smoothly we would highly recommend and would use again. Not for a few years now.
