We tried to move 3 times in 2 years unfortunately the chain collapsed with the first two moves but we were successful for the third. We stuck with Downie and Gadban for all three. Tracey and the team were amazing and understanding of the fact we had been three times disappointed and took this into account when dealing with myself and my wife. Each time we got to exchange smoothly we would highly recommend and would use again. Not for a few years now.

Mark Robertson and Robert Small are an excellent team. They helped me through a litigation case explaining every step in an plain easily understandable way.
Both Mark and Rob are extremely easy to talk to and both have an extensive knowledge of the law.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Small of Downie & Gadban, Solicitors, Alton regarding a litigious Probate matter on behalf of a relative. The advice given was not always what we wanted to hear, however, the reasoned arguments for and against were fully explained and easily understood. I was exceptionally impressed with the legal knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. In particular, not once did I have to chase a phone call or email....if there was likely to be a delay in responding, I was informed...a very rare service from anyone these days! We received a 100% service from all involved.
