Meg successfully conveyanced the house I sold, on time and within budget, despite the added complexity of a second charge relating to an estate which was in probate.
I particularly admired her perseverance, focus and knowledge on the subject, together with first-class communications.

Outstanding service
Julian at Downie & Gadban assisted us with a complicated property purchase and the overall service we received was outstanding. He kept us informed throughout the transaction about the issues involved and the costs, and offered helpful pragmatic advice on all of the issues we had to deal with. The level of service offered by this firm is the standard that all firms should aspire to, but very few reach.
