Review for sale of Ascot House

First Class Conveyancing - despite a tricky transaction
Meg successfully conveyanced the house I sold, on time and within budget, despite the added complexity of a second charge relating to an estate which was in probate.
I particularly admired her perseverance, focus and knowledge on the subject, together with first-class communications.
I'll be using Downie and Gadban again.
