Being the first time I have sold a home and not knowing the complications that could come with it, I have no doubt that I made the right choice. I felt I was in safe hands
I cannot recommend Downie and Gadban enough. So efficient, achieved a very tight deadline, and always there at the end of a phone/email to answer any queries or just to let me know how it was going. Rebecca and Tracey are an absolute dream team and I cant thank them enough for all their hard work in getting my purchase through so smoothly.

Professional and compassionate
We tried to move 3 times in 2 years unfortunately the chain collapsed with the first two moves but we were successful for the third. We stuck with Downie and Gadban for all three. Tracey and the team were amazing and understanding of the fact we had been three times disappointed and took this into account when dealing with myself and my wife. Each time we got to exchange smoothly we would highly recommend and would use again. Not for a few years now.

Conveyancing with added challenges
Tracey led us through a challenging conveyancing which resulted in successful completion. She was always there to support us. When problems arose she encouraged us to take our own decisions but always had pragmatic suggestions to get us to our goal whilst explaining the benefits and risks.
She quickly responded to telephone messages and emails helping us to feel completely supported and in safe hands.
