Advice on house deeds.

Preparation of wills

My House move this Summer 2023
Moving house can be stressful, thanks to the team at D&G, my house sale and purchase within the Alton area went very smoothly.

Unprofessional
We needed a notary, and we were initially asked to pay in cash, and to hand over money and witness signatures in the car park. While it is important to be careful in relation to Covid, the measures are over protective, in my opinion, and the thought of paying in cash in a car park is extremely unprofessional. To add to the unprofessionalism, I was referred to as the 'untrusting' person, as I had queried this way of doing business.

We’ve dealt with many number of “drive through” appointments over the past couple of years and have received very positive feedback on the efficiency of the service. We do ask for payment on the day for our notarial appointments because the process is completed there and then but clients are informed of this in advance.
