Amazing Service from Donna

Donna helped me buy and sell a home over the course of the last twelve months. She made an emotional and complex time much easier and responded with clarity and kindness to every single query I had, some of which probably seemed quite trivial, but she never made it feel that way. Brilliant from start to finish!

We were recommended to go with Mezzle, the initial consultation was quick, easily explained each step of the process and gave us realistic expectations of what to expect of the process.
We are first time buyers so we had a lot of questions, the whole team alongside Donna were able to help through each step.
Donna was brilliant at keeping us in the loop, and overall was a brilliant service all done remotely so we didn’t have to take time out to attend face to face appointments. Would happily recommend for future buyers!!

Donna Sturrock saved my sale!

My buyer's solicitor ceased trading a couple of weeks before the exchange of contracts. I called a few local solicitors who all said they couldn't take it on due the being swamped with the upcoming stamp duty deadline. When I spoke to Mezzle, they said no problem we can do it! They had to re-order searches and do all the standard checks on the buyers for their insurance so it was almost like starting again but amazingly for a leasehold purchase Donna managed it! Not only that the communication and service were outstanding.
