I deal with leasehold, freehold, re-mortgage, pre-auction advice and transfer of equity. Experience Highlights Building a new department as Head of Department from the ground up, I built a successful department across four offices in Liverpool and Wirral which continues to go from strength to strength to this day. Once this was up and running and a fully-fledged department I made the decision to take the step to leave employment as Head and set up my own legal consultancy company specialising in land/ property acquisition and pre-auction advice. The time felt right after a 14-year career as an employee and was a natural progression for me. From there on I then went on under my company to become a consultant. I successfully completed a commercial development acquisition of over 200 units with international buyers from Asia which was the largest and most challenging collective case I have dealt with so far in my career. I pride myself on being a personable Lawyer and set myself aside from other Lawyers in that my efficiency and dedication to get cases (particularly of a more urgent nature) through as quickly as possible without compromising the case. I have a reputation for my efficiency and attention to detail locally and now further afield in recent months. Career History After having left a teaching career I decided to move to Law in 2007, I started my career in law as a legal clerk and was running my own caseload within a year, during this time I qualified as a mortgage consultant in my spare time to enhance my lender knowledge. After 14 years as a fee earner, I was appointed as Head of Department in 2021 within a firm until I made the decision later that year to start my own consultancy business and independently consult. I am now pleased to join Mezzle as the perfect fit for my career. Professional, Excellent Service, and Good Value for Money
Louise was our solicitor for our conveyance. We needed a last-minute solicitor to help us with a property purchase and we had a tight deadline of 3 to 4 days (one of them was a bank holiday). Louise managed to quickly get all our documents sorted and our case file was opened within 1 to 2 days. She even worked on bank holiday to make sure that we had everything we needed and gave us a peace of mind in such a stressful situation. She displays strong characteristics of resilience and professionalism and is trustworthy. We could explain our situation to her and she would suggest great solutions to move forward - an amicable sense of working with us. This was not what we experienced with our previous solicitors which was a contributing factor to our tight deadline. Very pleased with her work and legal knowledge, and professionalism. We would high recommend her!

I live away from UK but that was not the reason that make difficulty when I need to sell my first apartment. It was Ryan who came to see me and offer the deal then he connected Louise to be my lawyer. I trust the team and they gave me lots of help to accommodate me throughout the process. Title Register Obtained Successfully Through Louise Kelly from Mezzle!
I successfully obtained the title register after a lengthy five-month processing period by HM Land Registry. The remote Photo ID verification process went smoothly. Mezzle met all requirements for the immediate exchange of contract deadlines without issues. This was particularly impressive when compared to other solicitors who were too overburdened to handle such tight timeframes. Their efficiency extended to financial matters as well, with all payments being processed on the same working day they were received.
Unfortunately, there were some concerns regarding the condition of the property that fell outside the law firm's scope of assistance. These issues required separate attention and were ultimately dealt with through independently obtained litigation judgments. While it would have been ideal to have all matters handled by a single entity, the complexity of property law sometimes necessitates multiple approaches.
Overall, Louise Kelly and the Mezzle team demonstrated commendable professionalism and efficiency.

Purchase of our new home in Great Sutton
Louise and her team managed the purchase of our new home in a professional, supportive manner with great communication, reassured us through the process - even while we working abroad which was a big deal for us. The purchase was completed on time with little stress for us and a high level of professionalism, support and clear communication from the Mezzle Team. I would recommend Mezzle to anyone and also use again in the future.
