House move
Rebecca and Atlanta were excellent. Everything was always explained and the whole process when ready for completion was smooth and fast, no complications due to the thourough and expeptional standard of comunication and hard work by rebacca and her team.
I will be using rebecca again if were to move again and would recomemmend her services as was faultless.

Property purchase
We employed Mezzle to handle the conveyancing of our recent property purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Both Rebecca Downs and Atlanta Newbold were very helpful, professional and friendly. Our emails were replied to in a timely manner and both ladies were only a phone call away when we had any questions. Amazing team at Mezzle!
We recently completed on a property with Mezzle Law and Rebecca and Atlanta were amazing! Buying a house is meant to be on of the most stressful points in your life and it felt very easy with Mezzle. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for our next purchase.

Mezzle is definitely the one to go for!
I searched locally and online to find a solicitor to complete our sale and purchase. Locally, I needed to sit down when the quote came through. Mezzle had some good reviews so I decided, albeit quite guarded about the decision, to charge mezzle with the responsibility. The intial contact was with Donna Sturrock and we were put in the very safe hands of Rebecca Downs. What a delightful lady, nothing was too much trouble. We had issues with delay after delay with our sale, but she kept us informed by email and by telephone. In the end, we got there and it was a big thank you to Rebecca for getting us over the line! I would not hesitate to employ Mezzle again and certainly Rebecca Downs, but by all accounts my wife says we are never doing this again!!!!!Thank you Rebecca and Mezzle.
PS - forgot to mention the charges were very reasonable indeed compared to other quotes! Definitely 5 big stars!!

Remortgage
My remortgage was dealt with efficiently and within to my quite demanding timescale (around 3-4 weeks). To say this was not a standard remortgage I am really pleased with how quickly everything was dealt with and that we could complete before my mortgage was going to increase.

Amazing Support during our recent property purchase
My wife and I just completed on the purchase of our new/dream house.
