Professional. Able to sort out a misunderstanding
It was great to be able to chat with someone at this firm on one occasion. It wasn't always easy to contact them. I feel there was a little confusion in some of our communications at one stage but this was sorted out by Atlanta. Always an easy task dealing with Mezzle
I have used Rebecca and her team for numerous house related requirements, nothing is ever a bother, I can go in and speak directly or they are always quick to answer the phone, I wouldn’t go anywhere else

House purchase
Throughout our purchase we dealt mainly with Atlanta.
From start to finish she made sure we were kept up to date with what was going on.
Atlanta was fast and efficient and managed to help get us in our home before Christmas which was looking really unlikely.
We cannot recommend her enough and will never use anyone else!
She was kind, knowledgeable and efficient

Excellent
Rebecca and Atlanta have been excellent. We have had quite a difficult moving process, as we have been using Forces Help to Buy which took a long time to approve. They have been nothing but understanding and helpful and have kept us updated with every step of the process.
We exchanged less than 24 hrs from completion and they have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process.

Smooth journey.
Mezzle Limited was appointed as my solicitor by Fix My Legals. I am happy with overall communication and pace of progress to my case. There was a small issue on the start, as my emails were not reaching Mezzle, but it was sorted out and continue with no further issues.

Purchase of my home
I have worked with Rebecca and Atlanta a couple of times previously and they have always been really professional and helpful but this year they have helped me sell and buy a new home for myself and my son and I can't thank them enough for their support with this.
They were always on hand to answer my questions and hold my hand through some things I was unsure of and we managed to complete on my new property in under 4 weeks around the Christmas period which is amazing.
I would always recommend Rebecca, Atlanta and Mezzle as a chosen Solicitor firm, they are a fantastic company to work with and have really helped change my circumstances around quickly.

Professional to the letter
I must give a strong thumbs up to Mezzle law for their professionalism and fantastic customer relations.
Rebecca Downs team was assigned to handle my file and a thorough job was done. No enquiries was overlooked and feedback was always sent across.
Atlanta was quick in responding to my mails and would provide explanations where I needed it.
The job was fast and they put the sellers solicitor on his toes.
The completion was much earlier that expected.
