High value property purchase
This is our 6th property purchase. The previous purchase was 10 years ago so we required a lot of handholding but equally were not deterred by things changing constantly either from a vendor perspective or from ours. The property price also makes it a high value purchase. I don’t normally write reviews and having worked with other legal experts, able to benchmark Donna, against her industry peers. Donna is a very knowledgeable, proactive, risk averse but equally commercial solicitor. She is able to take on a complex case like ours and explain the key points effectively. Donna has at times worked out of hours (incl. weekends) on the file and has been extremely responsive. Donna’s extensive experience, seamless execution and very approachable friendly nature makes her a real joy to work with. She is a great asset to her firm and we are thankful to have benefitted from her sound advice. Without a doubt we will work with Donna again.

Sale of House
Having previously had a bad experience of selling my property with other solicitors Mezzle Limited took hold of some of the complications with the sale by the scruff of the neck and sorted. I felt moor assured because I had regular communication at each stage of the process with staff at the company down to Donna the solicitor contacting me as soon as the completion was agreed.

Fast, efficient & reliable
Found Mezzle Law through a comparison website. Needed a solicitor to carry out time critical conveyancing after being let down by a previous firm. Donna made it happen within the tight time frames and was thorough with her work. She kept me updated with development and answered the many questions I had. I will definitely be using her services again, and recommend her to others too.
