i unfortunately got pushed into using these solictors for buying a new buy to let property. From start to finish the service was so poor. I rung 10 days in a row to speak to Gayle who was dealing with me and was never able to speak to her as i was always palmed off. The worst part was that i was completley lied to about cost, i was told verbally on the phone it would be no more then £600 as a previous solictor had done most of the work, then on completion i get a bill for over £1600 which was crazy. I then told them i would not be paying as i was never quoted this which they fully admitted they fogot to send to me which i think is embarrasing on there part as they are meant to be the professionals. They made no effort to try and talk about this and basically told me to like it or lump it. They also took far to long to get this project over the line. I would not ever recommend this firm to any one just stay well clear of them.
