Waste of time and money!
We used Joe’s services from October 2023 for ten months, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Despite producing two reports, they required amendments that were never made, and our instructions were continuously ignored. Instead of making progress, we faced endless delays, and it felt like stalling was the only thing being done.
Throughout this period, we had to constantly follow up, feeling as if we were nagging just to get basic updates. Meanwhile, we were repeatedly overcharged for a service that did not move forward.There was a clear lack of transparency, and at times, it felt outright dis honest . Only when we decided to switch to another solicitor did Joe suddenly start pushing the case—far too late.
Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability. We would not recommend his services to anyone looking for efficiency, reliability, or value for money.
