Joel offered professional legal support during my divorce which eased the burden of navigating the process myself.
Joel offered clear and concise advice throughout, managing my expectations and all necessary paperwork, allowing me to reach a fair and suitable financial agreement in a timely fashion. This ensured the divorce itself could take place within the expected time frame.
Having knowledgeable, third party support allowed me to take the emotion out of the process which until Joel's appointment, had prevented my divorce from moving forward.

Joel Tyson is fantastic
Joel has been incredible. A change in solicitor was required half way through the divorce process and ran with it after not being happy with the previous solicitor. Clear concise correspondence and advice, always happy to speak on the phone, a pleasure to deal with, efficient and generally a wonderful human!

Exceptional service.
I have recently been through a very difficult custody case for my daughter and at times it has been extremely distressing and frustrating. My solicitor, Mr. Joel Tyson, made the whole process so easier. He was a true professional and was there to guide and advise me every step of the way, which took a huge burden off my shoulders. His knowledge of Family Law and his efficiency with legal documentation gave my case both impetus and direction, which in turn gave me hope and comfort. Professional service
Joel stepped in to assist me with advocacy services at last minute which I was very grateful. Exception representation from start to finish.
I contacted Joel on the recommendation of a family member for help with what I feel was not a straightforward case. After nearly 2 years of not being heard Joel took on my case and became a voice for me that would be listened to, he made what was a very difficult time for me a whole lot easier. Everything was very clearly explained to me in a way that I could understand throughout the proceedings and I was always given very realistic expectations of what the outcomes might be when attending court. Joel always kept me informed and up to date when communicating with the other parties on my behalf. I feel joel went above and beyond to support me, for which I am extremely grateful. I do feel that If it hadn’t been for Joel representing me, I may not have got the outcome that I wanted and deserved regarding my case.

Change of Name Deed
From initial contact with the company, to the meeting with Joel & throughout the appointment we have had an excellent experience. All available options were fully explained to us, and once a decision haf been made everything was very straightforward. Joel was very friendly & knowledgeable, and aided us throughout the time including explaining all matters fully but also confirming our understanding. For further legal matters, it is highly likely we will return to the firm.

First the worst, second the best!!
I was going through a tough child custody battle and was initially represented by a different solicitor. Unfortunately, I believe due to having Legal Aid, I wasn’t given much time or consideration. I had to write my own statements without any guidance and was left in the dark a lot of the time. After a couple of months I felt I had no choice but to find new representation. I was put in touch with Joel and so glad that I found him. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, kept me in the loop at all times and in my opinion went above and beyond what was expected of him. He was extremely efficient and approachable, always answered any questions I had and took me through everything step by step. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joel, he is very good at what he does. Helpful,understanding, proficient and professional solicitor
Not only was he very understanding and sympathetic to the circumstances of my case,i did not just feel like another client with a name and reference number!,as well as receiving an extremely professional service and very sound and concise advice.
I also found Mr Tyson to be a very warm and committed individual,I feel as though he goes above and beyond both on and off of the clock and I found him to be extremely effective with an exceptional understanding of the law and an extensive vocabulary to go with it
